  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
  • Once a cancellation request is processed, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

1.2 Automatic Renewals

  • All subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless explicitly canceled by the user. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
    • The service was not rendered due to technical issues on our end.
    • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service.
    • You canceled your subscription within the 30-day money-back guarantee period (if applicable).
